He was sentenced to one year in jail and four years probation. His license was revoked for a period of five years. He tried unsuccessfully on two occasions to obtain a restricted license from the Secretary if State (DAAD). He was without driving privileges for a period of eight years. He retained KELLY LAW OFFICES, P.C. to assist him on a third appeal. With the advice and assistance of KELLY LAW OFFICES, P.C., he was granted a restricted license with the right to return in one year to apply for full restoration. Having successfully completed the probationary period, he was granted full restoration of driving privileges one year later.
